If websites are not loading properly or ProgressBook is giving an error, typically the solution is to clear cookies and cache. This simply deletes any old data from the web browser that may be causing issues. To do this:
- Click the vertical three dots in the top right corner of Chrome and go down to "Settings".
- Click "Privacy and Security" on the left side, then "Delete Browsing Data".
- Change the "Time range" drop down box to "All time" and select "Cookies and other site data" and "cached images and files". Click delete data.
